Process all Landlord/Tenant cases, send notices to parties, prepare transmittal, and send cases to Sheriff?s Department for service. Accept and process payments to the court as the primary cashier perform daily reconciliation of cash drawer(s) and prepare bank deposit(s). ![]() Assist customers and personnel from related agencies in person and on the phone, providing information and requested forms. Process all pre-judgment civil filings, returns of service, and civil judgments in case management system. ![]() Assists the public at the counter with questions, providing them with necessary documents or directing them to the appropriate area in the court. Responsible for accepting monies for the court, processing in the cash register, and preparing bank deposit. Processes landlord/tenant cases, civil cases (new suits and pretrial), back-up DV?s, PO?s, and post-judgment.
